Friends With Robots is supports people and teams as they navigate AI adoption. We help people and teams cut through the noise, find their own vision for AI, and put it into practice.

## About

AI is changing how we work, learn, communicate, and interact with the world. The tools are new, but the real questions are not: How do we adapt? How do we stay grounded? How do we move forward without losing what matters?

We believe that tension between excitement and uncertainty deserves attention—not hype, not pressure, but thoughtful support. Our work starts with people, not technology.

## Founders

- Owen: Focuses on where technology and people meet. Over a decade of experience leading teams through technological change: platform migrations, system overhauls, global expansions. His focus is on supporting and amplifying the things teams value most.
- Saba: Focuses on what happens to people when systems change. Background in creative operations, community health, and clinical practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Her focus is on how teams stay grounded while everything shifts.

## How We Work

We stay flexible in how we engage, but organize around six areas that keep the work grounded:

- Understanding: Clarify what AI will impact across workflows, technology, and culture.
- Direction: Guide people to develop their AI vision, principles, and areas of focus.
- Communication: Build shared language so people can talk about AI clearly and honestly.
- Confidence: Equip people with knowledge and tools to use AI thoughtfully in their work.
- Trust: Support people as roles, expectations, and ways of working evolve.
- Flexibility: Create space for people to adapt as AI and work keep evolving.
